Description of the problem	High & low beam headlights can't be adjusted separately. My low beams are ok however the high beams shoot up way to high. (i could use them for bird hunting). I am a police officer there has to be something done about this problem. I noted that is already is a complain about the headlights with nhtsa. The dealership advised they can't adjust the high beams down or it will affect the low beam.
