Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2008 hyundai veracruz. The low beam headlights are too low and do not illuminate the street, which cause hazardous driving conditions at night. When the contact activates the bright headlights, they do not illuminate the road, but shine upwards instead. He spoke to the dealer numerous times and they stated that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. They stated that the lights were issued to hyundai's standards and requirements. The current and failure mileages were 14,000. Updated 09/16/08. lj the high and low beams were connected and they could not be adjusted separately.
