Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 hyundai veracruz. While driving approximately 70 mph, the low beam headlights seized. The contact had to tap the turn signal leveler in order for the headlights to illuminate. The failure occurred every time the vehicle was driven at night.
