Description of the problem	Nhtsa we purchased a hyundai vera cruz on 04/02/2008 from cocoa hyundai inc. 304 s. Cocoa blvd, cocoa, fl 32922 we noticed that the headlights were shining into the middle of the trees on our street and the high beams even higher. We took the car to the dealer to have it repaired. The repair they did had the headlights shining directly on the road in front of the car, only elimination 15 to 20 feet of roadway. My wife ran over a dog, because she could not see it in the roadway until it was too late. The dealer has made 5 attempts to re aim the headlights in this car and failed each time. Now we have been left with the headlights shining directly ahead into the eyes of the oncoming traffic and the roadway in front of the car dark. I think this is extremely dangerous. I am in the process of filing a motor vehicle defect notification with the manufacturer. This car was the 'demo' sold to us as a new car. I am starting to think that someone had an accident with this car and the dealer fixed it not mentioning that to us, and this is the reason they cannot aim the headlights properly.
