Description of the problem	When entering an intersection, my collision avoidance system engaged and abruptly stopped the car in the middle of the intersection. There were several cars that had been in front of me turning to the right but were well ahead of me. The only other car was on the opposite side of the intersection sitting at a stop heading in the other direction. There was a strong sun glare but other than that it was a perfect day. I was traveling at approx 30 mph on a 2 lane road.
