Description of the problem	When the car is first turned on and put into reverse it periodically will not go into gear. If you put the car back into park and then into reverse it still will not go into gear. You must put the car into neutral and then into gear. This has happened twice in the past two months. We have recorded the transmission not going into gear and both hyundai of america and our dealer are doing nothing. I've been told that if they can't reproduce it themselves 'it is operating as designed'. This is a major component of any car and it having gear changing issues makes me concerned that it could escalate beyond this.
