Description of the problem | My veloster turbo sunroof randomly exploded and shattered all on me and around me lightly damaging the interior of my car and gave me a few scratches and could have potentially blinded me had it gone into my eyes. I tried to call and see if hyundai would help me out, but was told to get my call inspected at a dealership, only to be told that hyundai will not cover the replacement for my sunroof; even though it is a known factory defect on my car make and model and has had multiple reports from owners of the same make and model. I am extremely upset with that fact and wanted to report this issue to the nhtsa, and maybe with this hyundai will act on this issue sooner than later. |
