Description of the problem	2013 hyundai veloster with 40,000 miles. I am the original owner. I bought the car in april 2013 and just noticed this problem in january 2020. The steering wheel feels like it has a flat spot and sticks when i turn the wheel to the left or right. This happens regardless of being stationary or driving. The sticking only happens when i initially turn the wheel. And, when i reverse the wheel to drive straight - it has that momentary flat spot feel.
