Description of the problem | My veloster turbo consumes between 3-4 quarts of oil between oil change. I have the 100,000 mile warranty on the power train but they will not look at the engine until we preform a oil consumption test which requires me to bring the car to the dealership every 1000 miles in order for them to look at the engine. I've brought it to two different dealerships and keep getting different excuses as to why this problem exist. The shop manager explained the issue this last time, so they know what the problem is, they just will not fix it or look at it, until we perform this "test". If we continue at this pace my car will be over 100,000 miles and the warranty will be voided. I have performed all of my oil changes on time. Hyundai will not honor their warranty on the power train. |
