Description of the problem	To make a very long story short, i had to get my engine replaced in late 2017 due to the engine throwing a rod. It took 3 months to repair because the dealership was behind due to other people having engine malfunctions. After my husband drove my car off the lot, my car was sounding a little funny, almost like a sucking nose that we ended up having to take back to the dealership to have them tell me that i needed to pay a diagnostic charge even though my car was well under warranty limit. I ended up speaking with the manager and he had the technician look at it to only be told it was nothing engine related even though my engine light was on! A few months after that, my car started losing power and was inoperable. I had it towed to the same dealership only to be told that i needed another engine replacement due to low pressure in one cylinder! The dealership told me that i would be responsible to pay since they already took care of it the first time. We also found out that through our advisor at the service center dealership that she has an email stating that faulty parts were used during the first engine
