Description of the problem	I have had a check engine light come off and on intermittently and my mechanic has been unable to determine the problem. Now i have taken it in for an oil change and the car will not restart. Check engine light is on and flashing several codes. Appears to be some type of damage to the engine . There is a recall on certain models equipped with 1. 6 turbo engine. Recall number 182. I have never received any notification of this recall.
