Description of the problem | Engine runs too lean to begin with. After approximately 43,000 miles, the engine failed. Dealer refused to fix due to "aftermarket spark plugs." issue began with oem plugs and aftermarket was later installed. Dealer refuses to honor warranty and frequently covers up their mistakes. Vehicle began issues on travel home from work. Cel was blinking. Car taken to dealership and was not repaired. Owner replaced spark plugs after inspection of faulty plugs. Issue occurred again and was taken to dealer. Dealer refused work due to aftermarket plugs. Closer inspection revealed a faulty exhaust valve in cylinder 3. Dealer still refused repair. |
