Description of the problem	I was driving home from work with pelting ice, just got off the expressway, stopped to get food for dinner. Parked in a large lot, when i was walking out with my groceries, heard a sound like a gun shot. I was about 8 feet from my car and realized my sunroof just exploded. There was very sharp jagged pieces of glass all over my interior. I had to get a blanket from the trunk and sit on it to get home without cutting myself and nearly had another accident because the pelting ice was coming down on my face. Thank god it didn't happen while i was on the expressway, probably would have killed someone or myself with glass exploding into my face. Called the dealer, they were rude and uncaring until my wife got involved. She had to argue with the service assistant manager, brandy, on several occasions. I took my car in to kerry for the recall in 2014 and they gave it back to me saying it was tested and was safe. Brandy felt hyundai was liable and was very flippant with the wife... Big mistake. She called the general manager of the dealership when brandy refused to pay for my rental car during the 4 weeks they had my veloster in for replacing the roof. All in all, this could have easily been a fatal issue if god hadn't been watching over me. It scares us to think of what could have been, just 15 minutes earlier. We feel hyundai should be sued for this, class action. I can't say i feel safe driving the vehicle now, but have no choice.
