Description of the problem	The rear door (there's only one) on the passenger side will no longer open either from the outside or the inside. There appears to be many complaints of this on the veloster online forum. I noticed this when i was attempting to open it when a passenger was going to sit there. They had to climb in and out of the rear hatch. This would definitely be a safety issue in an emergency.
