Description of the problem	When driving under any road conditions and at speeds from 15 to 65, the car seems to track to the left or right of center but does not want to track straight ahead. When trying to turn the wheel to correct this, there is a lot of resistance, which forces the driver to over-correct and at times nearly lose control. At times the wheel also tries to turn on its own (quick slight jerks to the left or right) and can be very difficult to maintain complete control. This is especially bad under icy conditions and could easily send the car into a spin. I have had the wheel aligned and tires checked and no mechanical issues have been found. I also took the car to a dealer for this issue and even though i made it clear this happens on dry roads, the claim they could not reproduce the issue and suggested replacing my tires with snow tires. This obviously has nothing to do with the issue when the roads are dry. I have also seen several other reports of this on several web sites and they are describing exactly the same things that i am seeing. I would like to know how this issue can be escalated and resolved before this causes an accident.
