Description of the problem	This issue happened two day in a row.. I start my car up to go to work, put it in gear and cant move because the rear brakes are stuck, my car is stuck in my driveway causing me to be late for work, i called my local hyundai dealer and my car does not qualify for the recall that was issued for 4,490 veloster that year.. If my car doesnt qualify because of some silly vin number but has the recall issues.. Shouldnt it be included in the recall?
