Description of the problem	The driver's side wheel bearing began making a roaring sound about 10,000 miles ago. The car currently has just over 80,000 miles it. I went to go replace my wheel bearing and found the axle nut had backed off on it's own at least a quarter of a turn. The nut, you can see where it was supposed to have been locked into place, and that area is moved at least a quarter of a turn from where it is supposed to be "locked in" so it does not spin loose. I just noticed this to determine the cause of wheel bearing failure on 5/1/16. Vehicle noise while in motion on all types of roads. Noise worse in a right hand turn. No accident, no injuries, yet.
