Description of the problem	Under normal driving conditions, as i was shifting into second gear, the seatbelt mounting assembly dislodged from the wall of the vehicle. Once disloged, the weight of the falling assembly caused the belt to twist and become stuck in the slot where the belt retracts into the wall of the car, leaving the belt somewhat loose and non functional. This is now the second safety complaint i have filed on the same car.
