| Description of the problem | Vehicle was traveling on highway when loss of power to the pedal occurred and drive symbols began flashing with loss of power in acceleration and slipping gears completely skipping 2,3, and 6 gear. Stopped vehicle and realized there was also no reverse. Had vehicle told to dealer and was told it was a computer glitch. Issue resolved itself. Started driving on highway again and issue returned. Took to different dealership and was told it was a transmission sensor switch which was not covered by warranty and cost at least 800$ to repair. But. There are several sites that occur with this issue on multiple vehicles. |
