| Description of the problem | Vehicle was parked in driveway in ct for two days; would not reverse; just revved. Was pushed to street. Drove normally over 100 miles toward home in nj via interstate highways. Drive gear then started to free-rev when starting from a stop on local highway; continued to slip; limited speed attainable; cars swerving around me. Unable to reverse at home; car had to be towed. Dealer had car for 2 1/2 days. Did physical examination, computer test, and a 45 mile road test. Said car "was perfect." called it "an inconvenient computer glitch." "inconvenient?" it was terribly frightening! |
