Description of the problem	This cars engine just shuts off when driving, it will not go into gear even though it says it's in drive etc. My husband parked the car in our flat driveway and the car went forward crushing him against the house. I pulled the car backwards even though it was it said it was in park to free him. Contacted hyundai corporate and they said they were not responsible. Will be contacted a lawyer because this was caught on video from my ring doorbell. This happens all the time where it will not go into gear and you have to shut the car off and on 3xs before it will go into gear. Hyundai dealer says they can't duplicate the problem.
