Description of the problem	With 14,000 miles on kumo tires, the left front tire blew apart complete around the rim on the inside. A 2 inch piece was left on the rim and the remainder was completely cut through. The tire vendor says there is nothing they ca do, the dealer says that it up to the tire vendor. These are original equipment with little usage.
