| Description of the problem | I bought this 2007 hyundai tiburon in august of 2010 with 39,400 miles. I had to replace the clutch within 1,500 miles. I have no idea if that was the first replacement or not. At 62,100 miles i had to replace the clutch and flywheel again at a cost of $1,866. 00. I 'm 60 years old and have driven a manual transmission for over 40 years and never had a problem with a clutch before. With all the complaints against hyundai for the failure of this part it is hard to believe they do not have to recall this model and replace these faulty clutches and flywheels. |
