Description of the problem	Headlamps do dont project correctly. There is an issue where the lamps are distorted from the headlamp design. Areas of the lamp projection are blocked creating blacked out areas. Dealer advised it is an issue and tried to resolve by adjusisting headlamps higher. This did not resolve the issue. Now oncoming drivers think the high beams are on and constantly get flashed. This is a dangerous situation and it appears hyundai is ignoring the problem
