Description of the problem	The trunk latch would not open. It would not respond with key fob, interior button, button under the handle or with the key. Forced it open once and then had to force it closed. Stayed closed until repair could be made. Hyundai would not cover cost or repair. There was no damage, short or anything else that would explain why this part failed except for cheaply made plastic part that wore out.
