Description of the problem	Vehicle has persistent issue with hybrid system. Check engine light will come on, and after some period of time, error message "check hybrid system. Turn off engine." will appear. Car then loses power from combustion engine, and can only operate on electric. Requires pulling the car over, turning the car off, then turning the car back on, which will allow power to the combustion engine to be temporarily restored, but the check engine light will remain on. The car is unsafe to drive in this state until looked at by the dealer. The diagnostic code is p2600. This vehicle has been taken in for service by the same dealer for the same issue four times, and is now scheduled for a fifth. The dealer has been able to fix the issue three times for a period of about 7-12 months after replacing the water pump, but issue continues to recur.
