Description of the problem	Scc refuses to come on saying scc conditions not met. When it does come on it turns off by itself saying scc conditions not met or check scc radar. Sometimes does not detect vehicle in front of me. Goes in and out between detecting vehicle in front of me and not detecting it. Randomly says check scc radar. Does not stay engage, turns off by itself, will not turn back on. The car was in motion on a highway.
