Description of the problem	Drove sonata on north lake blvd going east from dealership after getting car serviced. Stopped at congress for red light. Noticed engine surging and tach at above 3000 rpm. Pressed hard on service brake. After a few minutes engine idled back down to normal at 750 rpm idle speed. Car has not duplicated above experience to date. This incident happened on 11/13/17
