Description of the problem	The seat panel under the driver side has broken and separated from the bottom of the seat due to a small plastic piece braking that hold the panel on. Now when i get out of the car, the controls for the seat operation push down on the bottom of the door frame and the seat begins to rise up. This is not a problem other than when getting back into the car, i have partially torn my mcl in my right knee due to the seat being higher than expected and caused my right leg to hit the steering wheel as i entered the car, and forced it back out towards the opened driver side door. This was done in april of 2018. Hyundai offered me a cash settlement, but they did not guarantee me that part would continue to be repaired - it had already been repaired on multiple occasions.
