Description of the problem	2015 hyundai sonata engine failure, exactly similar to symptoms described in recall articles for older models up to 2014. Hyundai warranty company declined the repair claiming it was an owners maintenance issue. I don't have hard receipts for all of the oil changes i've completed on the car. The car gave no warning of pending failure (no temperature warning or check engine light). The car had only 33,000 miles on it. I has been nearly a year since the failure. I can't find a replacement engine at a reasonable price because of the engine failures for other people's cars. I'll be forced to seek legal action (which i can't afford) if hyundai doesn't honor their warranty agreement. I even bought the extended warranty. At the time of the failure, i was driving to a relatives home. I was on the highway for about 7 minutes, and then onto a side road before the failure. After having the car towed to a hyundai dealer, they opened the engine, took pictures and sent them to hyundai warranty company.
