| Description of the problem | I purchased my 2015 hyundai sonata recently with only 46k miles on it. After 3 weeks, the engine started clicking loudly and it literally sounded like a roller coaster being pulled uphill when under load. A week later the ticking was constant. My husband changed my oil and strained it, finding small metal fragments in the oil. These fragments are from an engine defect that hyundai even admits having. Now as the second owner, i have no service records prior to ownership and my warranty claim was denied because of it. How can this be happening? Hyundai admits defect but are still allowed to rip off consumers with bad engines? The gdi hyundai engines are defective and it cost me $3,000! |
