Description of the problem	Driver and passenger windows fog badly in cold weather. Defroster has to be run on high constantly but still clears only about 1/4 of windows. The first 10 or 15 minutes it has no effect. I have to scrape ice off inside of windows(1 occupant so not that much breathing going on)you should not have to lower your windows in order to see cross streets in below freezing temperatures. Dealer bled the system- helped a small amount. Dealer claims everything works fine! Very unsafe. 2 winters of this so far.
