Description of the problem	When braking and turning, in forward or reverse, engine intermittently revs and propels car. Throwing it into park somewhat slows it down, but i have hit a car i reverse, and almost ran into a building two weeks ago - stopped by heavy shrubs leaving the whole front end wrecked.
