Description of the problem	The trunk randomly opens by itself - no pressing on the fob. It can happen when driving but usually happens when the car has either been just turned on or off. Trunk can be closed when walking away from the vehicle but open when you return. The latch has been replaced in case there was a defect but it has happened since then. The safety issue is when you are driving, all of a sudden you can't see out the back window and have to pull over as soon as you can safely do it - not a good situation on a highway. Two different hyundai dealerships claim that they have never heard of this complaint but the internet is full of such stories, especially the electra models.
