Description of the problem	The left rear door does not open from the outside or inside. When you engage the door lock/unlock for the remote or inside the vehicle, the door lock/unlock moves but does not disengage the lock. The door cannot be opened and this is a huge safety issue. There are several people on various message boards having the same issue. The dealer want to charge me $1000 to fix.
