Description of the problem	The issue started to occurred recently when the vehicle reached 98,000miles on the odometer. I did a little troubleshooting myself and realize where the noise (clunk) was coming from. I came to a conclusion the steering column coupler , a rubber material that sit before the steering shaft was going bad. We never received by mail that hyundai motor america was conducting such recall and that it was imminent to get it check out. But they added that my vehicle was expired from such recall. I believe this is a safety hazard and should be taken care of by the dealership.
