Description of the problem	The tail lights are failing on my hyundai. Hyundai is very well aware of this issue and there is several online accounts of it from other owners. The tail lights flicker on and off rapidly like a hazard light. This occurs during the daytime with the daytime running lights and most especially during the night while operating the vehicle. Hyundai has been advised of the issue and refused to replace them despite the safety hazard, citing the age and mileage of my car. However, at the same time the installed a new engine in the same car with the same age and mileage.
