Description of the problem	Break lighting assembly and wiring harness melts during normal operation. Unable to replace bulbs because lighting assembly melts to the socket or the socket melts over the bulb metal base. This causes break lights to fail without the owner knowing. Which could result in accident due to no break lights also the traction control system can be effected by this short by shorting out the break light relay.
