Description of the problem	"check charging system" warning message came on while driving on the highway at night 01/08/2021. Suddenly no power to the engine. The gas pedal wasn't working. Quickly i pull into the hard shoulder. The car failed to start the engine with the same error message. The car lost power shortly after. (the hazard light wasn't working. I contacted 911 for emergency assistance. Penndot truck shows up after an hour to cover the road. ( to prevent collisions.) i towed the car to a nearby dealer. Contacted by the dealer 3 days later. They said it was12v a battery issue and it's fixed. I went back to the dealer the next day to pick up the car. I paid $388 for replacing the battery. The car won't start with the same error message. I ran into the dealer asked for an explanation. The worse thing is the dealer never ran the diagnostic test for code or anything and assumed it's fixed. I demanded a refund. I made a few calls to check the status of service since then. No one has returned my call yet.
