Description of the problem	On april 18, 2016, while pulling into a handicapped parking spot, i was almost parked when the engine started roaring like it was revved up. My car went over the parking barrier and up the handicapped pole and over on hood of the car in front of me. I have been with my insurance company 39 years and i have never had an accident. I am a very safe driver . I am a truthful and responsible person.
