Description of the problem	2013 hyundai sonata. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle bumper issues. smd the consumer stated in march 2014, the bumper fender skirt and inner fender well dropped to the ground while driving on a well maintained road. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where they stated a plastic bag may have wrapped around the bumper, and pulled it down, but there was no defect. The consumer took the vehicle to a body shop, where they informed her the design was not very good, as plastic parts were used. The second incident happened on may 12th.
