Description of the problem	Steering wheel shakes, makes a clicking noise with the slightest turn or move of the wheel, vibrates and makes a loud noise when going over the slightest bump. Sounds as if something is loose with the steering component. Feels like it's about to fall off. Steering wheel feels loose. Started at about 70,000 miles. Concerned it is a real safety hazard....
