Description of the problem	My steering wheeled locked while i was driving. I was turning to the right to get over and all of sudden it locked while going at a speed of approximately 50 mph. I was not able to regain control before i wrecked. When the officer arrived on seen he could not move the car because the steering wheel was still locked.
