Description of the problem	On august 8, 2014 at approximately 5:00pm, my vehicle was parked on a flat gravel driveway. Front tires were still turned right from initial parking of car. I got in the car and started it when i realized i had left something in the house and exited the car while it was running and in park. Within 2 minutes, while i was exiting the house, i heard a thud and saw the car backed up against a pine tree on the property. The car had traveled in a u pattern approximately 100 before hitting the tree. Entering the car to turn it off, i see that shifter is in park; i turned off the car so that i could assess the damage of the car and see if i could drive it from where it had stopped. I started the car; drove forward about 20, turned off the car and looked at the damage to the rear quarter panel of the car. The left muffler is pushed in, the bumper cracked, the tail light (still operational) cracked. Rear quarter panel seems to have buckled, i am unable to determine any damage to the under-carriage. The trunk still opens and closes without problem, but there is substantial damage to the rear driver
