Description of the problem	Driving my car 2013 hyundai sonata from nyc to ohio, car overheated and shut down on interstate 80 west bound police mandated a tow to nearby mechanic where they said my thermostat along with thermostat housing was fried up. It was replaced only to 3 months later car overheated again, along with gas smells in the air vents, and stalling as well as total engine power loss. However, couple months later, recall 189 was issued but didn't resolve overheating issue, in fact made the car reacted more negatively. One more month later i was notified of hyundai theta engine class action law suit settlement and pursued nearby dealership who said they would diagnose it, which showed 7 coders showing misfire and one for battery faulty and one for the gas rail and pipes. My dealership didn't notify hyundai that i mentioned my car had been stalling, shutting itself down a few times and hyundai denied my claim for repairs under this settlement which is a lifetime warranty on the engine. There is extremely something faulty with the gas piping on this engine
