Description of the problem	I've had the car since july of 2017 and about 3 months into owning it i noticed a loss in power during acceleration. I also noticed that while it's parked, after it's been driven, the car makes a popping sound in the engine area. Recently i was waiting in traffic at a stoplight and the car shuddered and acted as if it was going to shut off but then smoothed out. It has happened twice more during idling since then. When accelerating from a stopped position the car doesn't shift smoothly.
