Description of the problem	Sonata & santa fe sport engine recall / santa fe & sonata engine control module service campaign. My car was previously recalled and serviced for both these issues in 2015 & 2017. Both issues relate to the same problem. I have recently experienced these issues again for the past month. 1)a knocking noise from the engine that increases in frequency as the engine rpm increases. 2)reduced power and/or hesitation. 3)illumination of the check engine light in the instrument cluster. When contacting hyundai to notify them of this problem they stated that this had already been taken care of and they are unsure they can consider this a recall or service issue again. I would still have to pay the diagnostic fees and service fees if needed even though they have already seen this issue has occured on their part previously.
