Description of the problem	I have a 2013 hyundai, vin: [xxx], that had a recall on the engine for possibility of seizing up. It just so happened that it actually happened last week (thursday, june 8, 2017). I had the car towed to antwerpen hyundai, 6440 baltimore national pike, catonsville, md 21228 where i have been having the car serviced. They have been trying to get a resolution from hyundai since that time but have not had success. I do not have transportation to get to work, my children to their appointed places, etc and no one has authorized me a rental car or loaner car. I? M getting very distraught at this time due to lack of concern for my well being when the car? S problem is clearly a problem with manufacturing as the car only has 43,000 miles on it as well.
