Description of the problem	I was driving on the interstate at 65mph and my engine seized without warning. I drifted off of the road and contacted hyundai roadside assistance. The car was towed to the dealership. After 3 business days of not getting any answers on the problem from the dealership they finally called me and said the engine had "sludge" and needed to be replaced. The car is a 2013 that i purchased in 10/2012 and had 45,000 miles at the time of this incident. I was informed that there was nothing else that could be done and the warranty was declined due to lack of maintenance (oil changes). I just had my oil changed the same day that this happened. I was told by the dealership that there was nothing else they could do and a used engine would cost $4,000+. I declined the service. The customer service at both hyundai and the dealership is awful. My car is still at the dealership. This is a serious safety issue that needs to be addressed.
