Description of the problem	The steering column vibrates and makes noise when going over bumps and when going over 65 mph on the freeway the wheel vibrates and makes noise and feels loose. This problem has bern reported and there is a campign for 2010 models, but they are not willing to fix the problem because my car is a 2012 model.
